Trying...
Ok so I am trying to make this work. I still can't manage to get my name to appear at the top of my layout but I have asked the ever helpful Pete to give me a hand with that. I hope I can make this work so I don't have to leave. I have met some great people here and it would be a shame to have to jump ship. One thing that really bothered me yesterday was the way those of us who were not "trilled" with all the changes were being treated. On the customer support page I saw a very kind person being slain because he simply didn't like the new look. I also read a few blogs that bashed any people who didn't love the new look. It was the first time in the 8 months that I have been here that I saw those kinds of things and I was disapointed. I hope that was a one day thing. On other news, the girls are keeping me as busy as ever. I have some new pics of them which may bring a smile to everyones face. I am going to try to post them here. soon. Hope everyone is having a great day.

THIS SUCKS. I can't figure out how to do anything. I tried to change my colors, nope didn't work, tried to add my picture nope can't get that to work, can't figure out how to add my fav's either. and how are we suppose to know if someone has commented on our comment on another blog? This is not looking good rite now.... someone please help me figure this out....??

Well...
Ok, I know I am probally paranoid but maybe tommorow everything will change at 20six and I'll loose touch with all the lovely people that I have met here. So just in case that happens. I just want to say that I have really enjoyed being here, getting to know you all and I have gained some really super friends through this blog. So I hope all goes well and that the new platform is great, but just in case it's not. Best wishes to all of you. Oh and I am going ot hand out all my sweeties now because I don't think we get to keep them.

Humm...
Hope everyone had a great weekend. Mine was very exciting as I became an Auntie once again. My sister in law L and brother in law D had a beautiful baby boy on the weekend. Baby N was born a healthy 7lbs. He is adorable and I am so pleased for them. This couple has been through the ringer the last 3 years. My poor sister in law has lost 3 babies and than took over a year to get pregnant this time. But she self diagnosed her problem via the interent and told her doctor who told her she was wrong but she would go along with it to "make her happy" and ta da...enter baby N a healthy baby boy. Stupid doctor. Anyways, we have been to see them twice and all seem to be well. I'd post pics but I dont know if they'd be happy with that so I better not..... he's cute. Just take my word for it ;o) Seeing however, has made me realize how quickly my little babe is growing. She looked HUGE next to this little newborn and I felt tears sting my eyes. She is not a newborn anymore, she is a big baby girl who if I bling too quickly will be walking and talking like her sister. YIKES. Where does time go? I wish I could store some in a bottle.... So I am also wondering about this platform changing thing...should I be worried? Is there anything I should do to my blog to "protect it"? Am I going to loose all my favorites? I just got comfortable here... am I going to have to move now? Please help. Also, I just realized tonight how many blogs I read. It's alot and yet I only comment on a seclect few, mainly because I wouldn't know what to say on all of them. |
